It's reported that we spend a third of our life asleep. Quality sleep helps us feel refreshed, regulates emotions, regenerates the body and is a vital part of the learning process both mentally and physically. A good nights rest sets us up to dominate our goals.
In today's blog, I'm sharing a presentation I gave covering why we need sleep, the mechanisms of sleep, and some strategies to help get quality sleep every night.
