5D Trainings Recovery Series - Nutrition

Nutrition is important in every walk of life. It's our energy source, how we build the body, and critical part on how we combat various illness'. Building on the foundation we laid with stress management, nutrition allows us to perform at a high level consistently.


In today's blog, I'm sharing a presentation I gave covering nutrition, some common misconceptions, and strategies on how to get more out of your daily routine. This can be applied to athletes, everyday gym goers, or to the general population.

Chris is the Founder & President of 5D Training, located in Norman, Oklahoma and former Director of Performance at OU. He has a B.S in Kinesiology and an MBA. He has worked with thousands of athletes at every level from the youth up to the professional ranks in the MLB, NFL, & NBA.
