There's Levels to This: Building Buy-In Begins with the Person

Building Buy-In starts with the person in front of you. In today's blog I want to dive into some key considerations I turn to with athletes. I have noticed that the more I involve my athletes with every aspect of my process, the more they want to be apart of it. So here is some insight for y'all! If you are a leader on your team or seeking to get into a leadership position, this short presentation may be useful.

Now, the last thing you want to do is force leadership on someone (quilty as charged). From my point of view, I believe everyone is a leader in some form. And as a leader, we consistently live and learn. Especially with something as complex as leadership. By easing into it and using some of these strategies, the outcome may be what you're looking for.

Give some of these a shot and let me know if y'all have anything in return.
