As we've continued through this series we see that the lowest hanging fruit usually isn't some high tech machinery, it's the simple boring methods. Proper stress management techniques that work for you, quality sleep, intentional nutrition and hydration win in the long run. Once we check these boxes then we can take a sniper approach toward some of the other methods I cover in the presentation.
